ID Admin Support - 5 Month Contract

The Role

The ID Admin Support role is integral to assisting with the application and upkeep of security passes at airports and train stations, in alignment with security regulations, policies, and procedures.

What you’ll be doing

  • Initiate new applicants referencing, checking uploaded documents and information provided before proceeding or rejecting if required.
  • Allocate new applicants to the ID Administrators and make initial reference, DBS and applicant requests.
  • Assist the ID Administrators with printing and posting reference requests.
  • Update Power App where required
  • Re-posting out DBS received in Head Office (where applicable)
  • Assist with the application process for security passes, ensuring adherence to SLAs
  • Help in pass maintenance tasks like renewals, parking arrangements, and pass recovery
  • Assist with returning surrendered passes back to Airport ID Centres
  • Scan, upload, and file posted references & DBS to MSR
  • Manage document shredding & files for former staff
  • Issue Vetting Gateway logins when required
