We are currently seeking an ICTS Project Engineer who will play a critical role in delivering innovative security systems for our clients. Responsibilities

• This role of Project Engineer is primarily to work with specific customers to ensure the smooth running of projects. Additionally, there may be a requirement to continue in the role of Senior Installation Engineer, depending on workloads.
• This role also requires extensive travel within Europe, with the need to stay away for periods of time.
• The Project Engineer will be part of a team, which as a group, will perform the duties to install security systems at customer’s premises.
• Supervise the work force, be the senior installation engineer and ensure full compliance with the design/specifications on any project.
• On occasion the role will also involve Project Managing and installing any smaller orders that the company receives through either the Service or Installation Department when in country or on a site already.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the security industry.
• Strong knowledge of security systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and integrated security solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to address technical challenges effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
• Willingness to travel to sites as needed and work flexible hours to meet project demands.
• The role requires a great deal of initiative, autonomy, and client liaison.
