Our Role:

As an ICT Systems Analyst – SuccessFactors, you will play a key role in analysing business requirements and supporting the design and implementation of enterprise technology solutions aligned with Goodstart’s ICT strategy and operational goals.

Working closely with stakeholders across ICT, PMO, Operations and external vendors, you will assess functional and technical requirements, develop detailed specifications and support the successful delivery of SuccessFactors solutions and associated integrations.

You’ll contribute to the ongoing uplift of ICT capability by supporting ITIL-aligned processes across Incident, Change, Request and Problem Management, while driving solutions that leverage standard SuccessFactors functionality and best practice approaches.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative ICT environment where your analytical capability, stakeholder engagement skills and technical expertise will directly support operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives.

Your Impact:

  • Analyse business and technical requirements to support the design and delivery of enterprise solutions
  • Develop detailed technical specifications and configuration workbooks for SuccessFactors implementations and integrations
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of ITIL-aligned processes including Incident, Change, Request and Problem Management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify solution options aligned to business priorities and standard platform functionality
  • Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across multiple business areas and technical teams
  • Support functional, integration and user acceptance testing activities across technology initiatives
  • Investigate system issues and recommend practical, scalable solution outcomes
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aligned with enterprise systems and operational best practice
  • Develop documentation including technical specifications, interface designs and standard operating procedures
  • Work collaboratively with project teams, ICT stakeholders and vendors to support successful project delivery

You’ll bring to the table:

  • 3+ years’ experience in the design, implementation or rollout of SuccessFactors solutions
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Request and Problem Management
  • Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Demonstrated experience developing technical specifications and supporting enterprise system integrations
  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms, delivery frameworks and enterprise technology environments
  • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across multiple business areas and levels
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management capability
  • Ability to recommend scalable solutions aligned to standard platform functionality and best practice
  • Experience working with project and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Teams, Azure DevOps and Visio
  • Knowledge of Agile, Iterative or Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Experience implementing IT knowledge management databases within SuccessFactors will be highly regarded
  • Degree qualification in Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
