The Beca ICT team plays a critical role in delivering technology solutions andsupportservices to the Beca business. The team works collaboratively across our global centers in the planning and delivery of an IT support network thatmaintainsa progressive and technologically agile culture.
As our business grows, we have an opportunity for a resilient and customer focused graduate Helpdesk Support to provide IT Support in ourAucklandoffice. Reporting to the HelpdeskManager based in Auckland. You will be primarily responsible for resolving user requests via the phone. This is a busy ICT support role that covers a widespectrumand training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Key role elements will include:
Providing 1st and 2nd level support for user requests andpromptly resolvevarious software and hardware issuesacross the business.
Strongfocus onownership,problem-solving,and end-to-endresolution.
Being familiar withOffice 365, Windows, EntraID, Active directory,Configuration Manager, Intune,Security, file and directory permissions, adding/deletingusers, etc.
Deliverahigh-qualitystandard ofservicestointernalandexternalclients
Manage,prioritiseor escalate, Incidents and Service Requests aiming tomaintaina high levelof customer satisfaction
Provide end-user IT support for hardware and software
