About this opportunity:

At Ericsson, we are looking for a dynamic IT Infrastructure Engineer to enhance our Digital Infrastructure Operations team. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the optimal delivery of our IT services to stakeholders and end-users. Our IT Infrastructure Engineer will lead the technical and process aspects of services offered under the IT Infrastructure Operations India portfolio. If you have a hands-on approach to service restoration, risk mitigation, and are adept at navigating through standard support processes, we invite you to apply.

What you will do:

• Apply your expertise in monitoring and maintaining our IT Infrastructure systems, ensuring security at every stage of the delivery lifecycle.
• Execute application build release, deployment, containerization, and manage configuration control.
• Collaborate in the implementation of CI/CD processes and contribute towards maintaining current and emerging trends in network and agile delivery.
• Assess security of applications and systems using penetration and vulnerability testing techniques.
• Contribute to strategic thinking by using your knowledge of ISO, ISP standards, and data privacy protocols.
• Actively maintain up-to-date knowledge in network infrastructure by leveraging Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
