CIMIC Group is seeking an experienced ICT SAP Delivery Manager to be responsible for end-to-end service quality across a portfolio of technology services delivered by internal and external providers.
As a key member of the ICT Solutions Delivery function, you will work closely with onshore and offshore teams across CIMIC’s operating companies to ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed SLAs, OLAs and quality standards.
About the Role
The ICT SAP Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for end-to-end service quality across a portfolio of technology services delivered by internal and external providers. This includes SAP Platform services, infrastructure services through Lenovo Managed Services (LMS), SAP ECS and other third-party vendors, as well as automation, monitoring, and SAP Service Desk operations.
The SDM serves as the primary interface between ICT & business stakeholders and service providers — translating requirements, managing performance, resolving escalations, and ensuring services are delivered in alignment with agreed standards and business needs. A Basis team lead who wants to do expand accountabilities and to learn and enable automation services in an enterprise would suit this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Translating business requirements and technical specifications between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure clear, actionable outcomes.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and hold vendors accountable to service targets.
Overseeing the delivery and performance of automation services, ensuring tooling and processes support efficient operations.
Leading and developing a team of 2 – 3 onshore resources and offshore resources with capabilities spanning Basis, automation, monitoring, and service desk domains.
Fostering a collaborative, accountable, and continuous improvement culture within the team, enabling timely delivery of ICT initiatives through early procurement and risk engagement.
Owning and maintaining the Platform Calendar, ensuring it accurately reflects all upcoming and recurring technical maintenance windows, system events, releases, and planned outages across all platforms within the scope of the role.
