Job Title: ICT Project Manager – Cybersecurity

Location: Belgium (On-site/Hybrid)

This role focuses on managing and coordinating ICT and cybersecurity projects related to enterprise applications, infrastructure, operational technology (OT), and security environments. The ICT Project Manager is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations while leading infrastructure improvements, cybersecurity initiatives, and technology optimization projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Plan, coordinate, and manage ICT and cybersecurity projects from initiation to delivery
• 
  Support implementation and optimization of IT applications, infrastructure, and security solutions
• 
  Manage project planning, documentation, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication
• 
  Conduct functional and technical analyses of ICT systems and business requirements
• 
  Monitor ICT infrastructure, networks, servers, and operational technology environments
• 
  Analyze security reports and implement cybersecurity improvements, including firewalls and security controls
• 
  Coordinate operational maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of IT systems and tools
• 
  Ensure proper documentation, procedures, and process management across ICT operations
• 
  Support vendor selection, technology evaluations, and public procurement processes

Key Skills Required:

• 
  IT project management and coordination

  Cybersecurity and security governance

  Experience with OT environments, PLC, and SCADA systems
• 
  Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, and Cyber Fundamentals

  Infrastructure and system management (networks, virtualization, storage, cloud technologies)

  Technical and functional analysis

  Documentation and process management
• 
  Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) practices

  Familiarity with public procurement regulations
