About the role

Location: Sydney CBD (Hybrid)

Contract Term: 12 Months

Daily Rate: $900 inc. super

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Project Coordinator to provide strategic support to the Program Manager in delivering a critical WHS Hazardous Materials Management Program. In this role, you will act as the lead Administrator for enterprise-level program status reporting and manage the delivery of insights to Steering Committees.

You will ensure the program remains in strict alignment with all state-level digital assurance framework requirements, specifically navigating external gateway reviews and maintaining all mandatory compliance and governance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Program Administration

Program Administration: Act as the Program Administrator for the Hazardous Materials Management Program, using ServiceNow to manage the program schedule, risks, issues, resource allocation, and financial tracking within the tool.

Data Integrity: Maintain program reporting to the EU and ITD Steering Committees. Update the Program Status Reports in ServiceNow to reflect current progress, risks, issues and budget actuals.
• Digital Assurance Framework (DAF) & Governance

Gateway Coordination: Prepare the program for mandatory NSW Gateway Reviews (Gates 2-6), ensuring all entry criteria are met for "Pre-execution" (Gate 3) and beyond.

Documentation Management: Assist in the development and maintenance of critical HMMP DAF artefacts, including Business Case, Benefits Realisation Plan, and Project Risk Profile assessments.

Compliance Monitoring: Ensure the program aligns with the Assurance Framework for Digital and ICT Investments, acting as the primary point of contact for independent assurance health checks.

Selection Criteria

Essential:
• Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Project Coordination, specifically within large-scale digital transformation or compliance programs.
• ServiceNow Expertise: Advanced hands-on experience using ServiceNow SPM for project tracking, resource management, and reporting.
• Communication: Highly developed written skills for preparing complex government documentation and executive-level reports.
• Ability to engage and collaborate internally with IT areas, project teams, and business areas.
Desirable:• DAF Familiarity:Demonstrated experience working within the NSW Government Digital Assurance Framework and successfully supporting at least one Gateway Review.• Hazardous Materials Knowledge: Familiarity with WHS legislation related to hazardous materials (e.g., Asbestos or chemical waste) is highly regarded but not essential
