  • Lead the enterprise ICT business technology growth strategy by identifying new market opportunities, expanding strategic client portfolios, and driving sustainable revenue growth across cloud, cybersecurity, AI, IoT, and managed services domains.

  • Build and manage a high-value enterprise sales pipeline by developing strong executive-level client relationships, driving solution-based selling, and ensuring consistent conversion of strategic opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

  • Drive commercialization of innovative technology solutions through effective go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, pricing optimization, and partnership-led growth initiatives with technology vendors and ecosystem partners.

  • Own the full business unit P&L by leading financial planning, revenue forecasting, cost optimization, investment governance, and profitability management to ensure sustainable business performance and growth.

  • Define and execute the long-term technology and digital transformation roadmap aligned with evolving enterprise customer demands and emerging ICT industry trends.

  • Lead the successful delivery of enterprise digital transformation programs by ensuring operational excellence, SLA adherence, project governance, risk management, and superior client experience across all engagements.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients by translating complex technology capabilities into business value propositions that drive customer transformation, operational efficiency, and innovation outcomes.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement by championing new technologies, building strategic alliances, and driving thought leadership initiatives across the ICT ecosystem.

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing enterprise organization comprising sales, pre-sales, solution architecture, delivery, and operations teams with strong focus on capability development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

  • Establish robust governance, compliance, and operational frameworks to ensure business integrity, delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term client retention while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives and risk management standards.

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration (required)

  • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (strongly preferred)

Job Experience Required

  • 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in ICT / technology management, enterprise solutions, or digital transformation
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-functional teams and enterprise-level P&L
  • Proven experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs in complex organizational environments
  • Track record of driving business development and commercial outcomes in B2B / enterprise ICT context

Required Capabilities

  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen with proven capability in driving enterprise ICT business growth, managing P&L, and building sustainable client partnerships.

  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise technology solutions including Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, IoT, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation platforms.

  • Demonstrated capability to lead large-scale digital transformation programs, manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

  • Excellent client engagement, consulting, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and translate technology into business value.

  • Strong leadership and people management capability with experience in building high-performing cross-functional teams, driving organizational capability, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

  • Strong analytical, governance, and operational management capability with expertise in risk management, financial planning, service delivery excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
