
The ICT Manufacturing Quality Systems SME (Level 92) serves as the technical and functional design authority for Assembly Plant floor Systems across North American plants. This role is accountable for end ‑to ‑end system ownership, ensuring operational stability, data integrity, and compliance for quality ‑ and shipment ‑critical manufacturing processes from order creation through vehicle shipment.
The role leads complex, cross ‑plant initiatives supporting new program launches, major system enhancements, and production readiness, while driving standardization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Acting as the primary interface between ICT, plant operations, Quality, Central Engineering, and strategic suppliers, the SME ensures solutions align with global manufacturing standards, cybersecurity policies, and business priorities, while delivering measurable value to operations.
