Job Description

About the Challenge

Do you have what it takes to lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and ensure seamless integration between systems, infrastructure, and business operations?

As an ICT General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall direction of Information & Communication Technology across the organization—ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and scalable infrastructure to support business growth.

This role requires strong strategic thinking, leadership across multiple functions, and the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives. If you are capable of transforming complex technological challenges into structured execution and measurable impact, this role will push you to operate at the highest level.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT/ICT, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise systems, IT infrastructure, and cross-functional technology projects
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills
  • Solid understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, data management, and digital transformation

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the overall ICT strategy aligned with business goals and expansion plans
  • Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems, infrastructure, and network across all business units
  • Lead and develop ICT teams (infrastructure, system, data, and support) to achieve high performance and efficiency
  • Oversee implementation of digital initiatives, system integration, and data-driven solutions to improve business operations
  • Establish governance, SOP, and compliance standards to ensure data accuracy, system security, and operational continuity
