Design & Media Work: Create and edit school-related design projects such as marketing materials, posters, videos, and digital content.
Event & AVA Support: Provide ICT and AVA support (sound, photo, video) for school events and programmes.
ICT Equipment Management: Assist in managing and maintaining ICT & AVA equipment, including inventory, replacement, and loan systems.
System Administration: Support the administration of school ICT systems (e.g. digital signage, timetabling, OAS scanning, PTM booking).
Technology Enhancement: Stay updated on technology trends and recommend tools that enhance teaching and learning.
Requirement:
Proficient in photo/video editing, animation, web and graphic design.
Skilled in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, iPad apps and AI tools.
Familiar with EdTech tools (e.g. ClassPoint, Canva, Thinglink).
Knowledge of programming (C++, Java, XHTML).
ICT certifications (A+, CCNA, ACE, etc.) an advantage.
Preferably 2 years ICT training experience with primary students
