ICT Business Analyst / Consultant (Expert) – Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 15 June 2026 – 15 July 2027
Workload: 50%

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ICT Business Analyst / Consultant with a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions.

In this role, you will combine the responsibilities of Business Analyst and Project Manager, working closely with stakeholders to analyze and optimize business processes while ensuring the successful delivery of ongoing and future projects.

You will play a key role in translating complex technical concepts into clear business language, driving process improvements, and maintaining effective governance over project scope, planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into IT solutions.
• Manage and coordinate ongoing and future projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are maintained.
• Work hands-on within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including modifying and optimizing existing flows.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles.
• Deliver Salesforce-related training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support process modeling and Business Process Management (BPM) initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and provide reporting to key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• Minimum 8 years of experience within Salesforce.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst and Project Manager.
• At least 8 years of experience in ICT business operations and consultancy.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience working within the public sector.
• Strong background in Business Process Management (BPM) and process optimization.
• Experience delivering Salesforce training sessions.
• Salesforce certifications:
  • Salesforce AI Associate
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator
• Fluent Dutch language skills ( CEFR C2 level).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within government environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of project management disciplines, including planning, coordination, estimation, budgeting, and scheduling.
