We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time ICS Program Manager to guide the appropriate support services for our clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their individual homes in Northeast, North Carolina There is regular travel involved in the position from the Greenville service area to the Outer Banks service area.
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, development, implementation, and operational management of assigned ICS programs. This position ensures high-quality, person-centered service delivery; regulatory compliance; fiscal oversight; and effective supervision of staff in accordance with Easterseals PORT Health policies, values, and strategic objectives.
