We're looking for a customer-focused, organised, and proactive ICS Assistant to join our Patient Services team and play a vital role in supporting patients, pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals across international markets.

This is a home based role, in Germany and we are seeking a fluent German speaker

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Assistant with proven B2B experience in a regulatory environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Acting as the primary contact for hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers and consultants within your assigned countries.
Managing and developing relationships with healthcare accounts, creating and implementing account plans through CRM systems
Providing expert operational support to pharmaceutical partners and internal teams including Commercial, Logistics, Finance and Quality.
Delivering valuable market insights, trends and business analytics to support growth and continuous improvement
Ensuring customer orders, enquiries and complaints are handled efficiently, professionally and with empathy.
Becoming the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and genuinely enjoys helping people.

You'll have:

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
A proactive, positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
Great customer service skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
Experience in customer service, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
Confidence using IT systems and CRM platforms.
Healthcare industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
