Job Description

We’re seeking a Channel Team Lead to join our dynamic Delivery Stations. Our teams stow deliveries, pick products, package them up and ship them out: each of these groups have played their part in taking us where we are today.

Key job responsibilities
Core responsibilities will include:
• Lead and manage daily ICQA activities including cycle counts, audits, and investigations.
• Analyze root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers
• Monitor and report key metrics (e.g., accuracy, defects, adjustments)
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards
•Own training plans for new hires and existing associates.
• Track and improve training completion, effectiveness, and knowledge retention

Basic Qualifications


- Experience managing teams
- Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in logistics
- Experience with data analysis
