The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
In this role as an ICO Analyst - AP&GRIR (m/f/x), you will ensure the accuracy and consistency of transactional data across intercompany processes, supporting seamless order flow and operational efficiency across regions. As an Intercompany Analyst (m/f/x)* you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Monitoring and analyzing transactional data to ensure consistency across Purchase Orders, Stock Transfer Orders, and Sales Orders

  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with international stakeholders

  • Proactively identifying issues and implementing improvements to enhance process efficiency

  • Collaborating with supply chain partners, including Manufacturing Plants and Distribution Centers, to ensure smooth operations

  • Ensuring timely task completion in line with SLA targets and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

  • Leading data-driven insights to improve intercompany process accuracy and efficiency

  • Implementing continuous improvements that enhance end-to-end order flow across regions

  • Determining root causes of complex issues and driving sustainable solutions

  • Supporting collaboration across international teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

  • Demonstrating flexibility to support critical operations, including on-call availability when needed

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or 1–2 years of equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, IT, or a related field

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • English language proficiency at B2 level

  • Previous experience working with Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics. Familiarity with Master Data Management preferred but not required.

  • Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes

  • Collaborative Team player

  • Analytical mindset

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Previous experience working with SAP

Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Wroclaw at least 1 days per week)

Travel: May include up to 10%
