What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll support business clients within the digital content space, helping them improve performance and get the most out of their online presence.

You will:

• Support clients via chat, phone and email
• Provide guidance on campaigns and content performance
• Troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions
• Build strong relationships with business clients
• Help clients optimise their strategy and results

Requirements

• Fluent Icelandic + good English

• Strong communication skills

• Interest in digital content, social media or marketing

• Ability to multitask and adapt
