We are seeking proactive individuals who are enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service to our Icelandic-speaking clients.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inquiries from our Icelandic-speaking customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Your role is crucial in building strong relationships and fostering customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior customer service in Icelandic and English across various communication channels
- Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective solutions to customer issues
- Gather feedback from customers to help improve overall service quality
- Stay informed about company products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance
- Engage in continuous training to develop and refine your customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic and English, with excellent communication abilities
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
