Required Security Clearance: (Minimum for hire) TS/SCI

Required Education:  (Minimum for hire)  BS Degree in Business Administration and 5+ years applicable experience OR 7+ years of experience

Salary Band $80,000  to $120,000


The ICD-705 Manager is responsible for supporting successful management of multiple projects at any given time. Understands the project life cycle and can initiate, plan, execute, control and close projects.  This position supports the Project Manager, Project Team and Customer via the execution and implementation of sound Project Management and System Engineering tools, processes and methodologies.  These processes will ensure forward progress, highlight and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with stated project objectives   The PA analyzes projects with the overall objective of delivering solutions and services which meet the business objectives of FGS and the customer organization.  

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Executes multiple simultaneous projects within the Department of Defense/War Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) enterprise, with primary focus on Air Force (AF) ISR environments.
  • Construction Security Plan (CSP) development
  • Site Security Management
  • ICD 705 and UL 2050 SCIF design review and inspection
  • Construction Surveillance Technician Training

Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years minimum analytical experience in a technical or business-related field. 
  • Ability to receive and maintain a clearance
  • Self starter/motivated individual; as the person at times will be working independently
  • Ability to work within a flexible team environment with excellent interpersonal skills,   including the ability to deal with all levels of project support staff and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task among several projects while being detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, as well as establish and maintain a strong customer focused working relationship.

Desired Qualification:
  • Familiarity of AF ISR mission and targeting environment.
  • Construction Surveillance Technician Certified

Education Requirements: 

  • BS Degree in Business Administration and 5+ years applicable experience OR 7+ years of experience


Security Clearance Requirements:  TS/SCI

Physical, Work Environment & Conditions:

Typical office environment:
  • Must be able to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods.
  • Occasional standing while working in server rooms or at patch panels.
  • Must be able to lift and move moderately heavy equipment typically up to 30–50 pounds.
  • Must be able to view computer screens for long periods.
  • May require walking between different buildings or workstations.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with technical teams and end-users.
