• Develop and maintain technical documentation including design documents, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in the configuration and management of identity providers (IdPs), access management platforms, and directory services.
• Support testing and validation activities including unit testing, integration testing, and system-level testing of ICAM components.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on ICAM concepts, AI tooling, and automation frameworks.
• Interact daily with stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and communicate technical findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Operate within an Agile development environment while meeting government project milestones and deliverables.

Education and Experience:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 7+ years of experience in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) engineering, development, or architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on software development or scripting experience across multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Java).
• Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting ICAM modernization or upgrade efforts in a government or enterprise environment.

Preferred:
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Experience working directly within a federal government IT environment supporting ICAM programs.

Required Skills and Competencies:
• Exceptional communication skills in English – both written and oral – with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in hands-on software development and automation scripting across multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, or Java).
• Deep knowledge of ICAM frameworks, standards, and best practices including NIST SP 800-63, FICAM, and Zero Trust Architecture principles.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML tools and techniques to improve identity and access management processes, including anomaly detection, behavioral analytics, or adaptive access control.
• Experience designing and implementing automation pipelines to support ICAM deployments, upgrades, and operational tasks.
• Knowledge of identity protocols and standards including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, and LDAP.

• Ability to write, review, and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Experience with testing methodologies including unit, integration, and system-level testing.
• Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology, especially Scrum.
