To support and further ensure food safety audits in the retail sector—including coaching and training—we are seeking Retail Auditors (Field-Based) in Copenhagen.

• Conducting food safety audits, coaching, and training at client locations, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Delivering online or in-person food safety training and preparing timely and independent reports.
• Providing ongoing support and consultation to clients.
• Ensuring clear communication to promote client engagement in audit programs.
• Performing client-specific system audits in the food industry according to relevant standards.
• Preparing and following up on audits, including report writing in both English and German, in accordance with client and internal requirements.
• Occasional work during evenings and weekends

• Relevant background in food service or hospitality (e.g., Certified Chef, Hotel Manager, Restaurant Manager), B.Sc. in Nutritional Science, B.Sc. in Food Technology, or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish, Swedish and Englisch, with a friendly and professional demeanor, swedish would be a plus
• Used to working independently and results-oriented
• This is a field-based auditor role requiring travel (Class B driver’s license), occasionally during evenings and weekends.
