We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Business Support Associate
• Digital Operations Associate

Final placement will be based on each candidate’s education, skills, experience and suitability for available organizational requirements.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will depend on the candidate’s placement and may include:

• Administration and office support: Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities, manage correspondence and schedules, maintain records, prepare documents and support the smooth functioning of the assigned department.
• Data entry and documentation: Enter, update and validate information in company systems; maintain organized digital and physical records; identify data gaps or errors; and prepare accurate reports when required.
• Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries through the relevant communication channels, maintain records of requests, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and follow up within agreed timelines.
• Human Resources support: Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding documentation, employee record updates and the maintenance of HR reports and trackers.
• Finance and accounts support: Organize invoices and supporting documents, update transaction or payment records, assist with reconciliations and prepare routine financial summaries under the guidance of the finance team.
• IT and digital operations: Record and track service requests, update digital platforms and operational data, support users with routine system processes and coordinate technical issues with the relevant team.
• Project coordination: Maintain project plans and trackers, monitor deadlines and deliverables, compile progress updates, organize meetings and follow up on action items with stakeholders.
• Other business functions: Undertake responsibilities relevant to the assigned team, including documentation, coordination, reporting and operational support, based on business requirements and the candidate’s qualifications and skills.

Requirements

• Matriculation, Intermediate, DAE or Bachelor’s degree
• Fresh candidates and professionals with up to two years of experience may apply
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Good communication and teamwork
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Karachi/Islamabad/Lahore
