Das Field Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform site surveys and RF testing to assess DAS requirements.
• Install, configure, and commission DAS infrastructure, including antennas, fiber optics, and remote units.
• Conduct signal validation, interference analysis, and system optimization.
• Identify and resolve network issues related to DAS performance.
• Work closely with telecom operators, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless integration.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide reports on site work and troubleshooting activities.
• Adhere to safety standards and telecom regulations during field operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Experience in DAS installations, RF measurements, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in DAS testing tools (e.g., spectrum analyzers, site master, iBwave).
• Understanding of telecom network architecture, fiber optics, and wireless communication protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in field environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in DAS technology or RF Engineering (e.g., iBwave Level 1 & 2).
• Experience with DAS deployments in commercial, enterprise, or public-sector projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
