As a one year assignement for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead for EECM Benelux, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting our commercial, finance, marketing and supply chain teams to ensure we make better, faster and more aligned business decisions. This is a highly visible role where you'll translate business strategy into actionable plans, helping to drive performance, manage risk and enable sustainable growth across the region.
Based in Amsterdam and reporting to the EECM Benelux Finance Director, you'll lead the end-to-end IBP process, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring the organisation has a clear view of both short-term priorities and long-term opportunities.
Proven experience leading Integrated Business Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Supply Chain planning or a similar business planning function.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
Experience driving process transformation, continuous improvement and organisational change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
Experience working across multiple functions and markets within a complex business environment.
You think strategically while remaining focused on execution and results.
You build strong relationships and bring people together around shared objectives.
You are comfortable navigating competing priorities and facilitating difficult trade-off discussions.
You embrace innovation and continuously look for opportunities to improve how things are done.

FMCG, beverage or consumer goods industry experience.
Experience with IBP planning tools and advanced planning systems.
Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting processes.
Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement certification.
