  code quality and maintainability.

Testing
& Quality Assurance

• 
  Perform
  Unit Testing, System Testing, and
  Integration Testing
  to validate system functionality.

  Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
  before deployment.

Deployment
& Release Management

• 
  Ensure all deployment deliverables are prepared and
  validated.
• 
  Verify that
  ChangeMan packages are audited and
  frozen
  before deployment.

  Confirm that all required components are included
  in the
  ChangeMan deployment package
  .

Production
Support

• 
  Provide
  production support
  for applications
  running on IBM z/VSE.
• 
  Investigate and resolve
  incidents and production
  issues
  .
• 
  Perform
  Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  for
  reported issues and implement preventive measures.
• 
  Participate in and
  lead critical incident calls
  when required
  .

Documentation
& Deliverables

• 
  Prepare and maintain project documentation
  including:
• 
  Code documentation
• 
  BRDs and Design Documents
• 
  Test Plans and Test Scripts
• 
  Deployment Plans
• 
  Ensure all deliverables are maintained and updated
  throughout the project lifecycle.

Communication
& Collaboration

• 
  Provide regular
  status updates to Team Leads and
  Project Managers
  .
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
  development,
  testing, and operations teams
  .

  Demonstrate strong communication skills while

  production support environment

  Strong experience with
  IBM z/VSE environment
