Responsible for providing Maximo Application Suite Implementation consulting services to various clients, working alone or a part of the implementation team
Executes requirement discovery workshops and documents requirements for Maximo Application Suite Implementation.
Lead the functional design processes
Collaborates with Maximo Technical Consultants and Analysts to ensure Requirements and converted into Technical Specifications
Liaise/lead with the test team and run the User Acceptance Test
Create training documents and deliver training (Super User/End User training)
Displays leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions on Maximo Application Suite
Design end-to-end architectures for Maximo Application Suite implementations, Solution rollouts to different regions.
Guide the implementation of Maximo configurations, workflows, and customizations.
Ensure seamless integration with external systems (e.g., SAP, Tririga, BIM, CAD etc..).
Evaluate and recommend best practices for process implementation (Work Management, Asset Management, Energy Management) in Maximo
Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and provide architectural governance
Requirements
10-12 years’ Maximo Functional experience
4-5 full cycle implementation of IBM Maximo asset management solution.
Strong Functional implementation expertise in Maximo Application Suite 8.x/9.x
Maximo Mobile and MAS Health implementation experience
Project Management experience for Maximo implementations. Experienced in project managing and delivering large scale Maximo implementation Cloud based solution
