About the work

Our client is building a library of real-world professional workflow recordings focused on IBM Maximo and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

We are looking for experienced Maintenance Planners, Reliability Engineers, Maximo Analysts, or Maximo Administrators who currently use IBM Maximo as part of their day-to-day professional work.

The goal of this project is to capture realistic workflows showing how professionals use Maximo to manage maintenance operations, assets, preventive maintenance, work orders, and inventory. This may include creating work orders, setting up PM schedules, registering assets, and managing parts and materials.

There is no teaching or formal presentation required. You’ll simply record your screen while performing typical Maximo workflows and provide brief audio commentary as you work.

Responsibilities

• Record 4–5 screen capture videos demonstrating real IBM Maximo workflows
• Create and manage maintenance work orders
• Create, review, or update preventive maintenance (PM) schedules
• Register and maintain asset information
• Demonstrate parts, materials, and inventory management workflows
• Navigate Maximo as you would during normal day-to-day operations
• Provide brief audio commentary explaining your actions
• Ensure recordings represent realistic professional EAM workflows

Example workflows

A recording may demonstrate:

“Create a maintenance work order for an existing asset, add the required job details and parts, assign the appropriate priority or ownership, and update the work order as it moves through the maintenance process.”

Other recordings may demonstrate creating preventive maintenance schedules, registering new assets, updating asset information, or managing spare parts and inventory.

Required experience

• Currently use IBM Maximo as part of your professional role
• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Planner, Reliability Engineer, Maximo Analyst, Maximo Administrator, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with common Maximo/EAM workflows
• Familiarity with work orders, preventive maintenance, asset management, and parts/inventory processes
• Comfortable recording your screen while performing professional workflows
• Able to provide brief and clear audio commentary
• Based in India

Nice to have

• Experience managing IBM Maximo in industrial or enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes
• Experience with maintenance planning and reliability programs
• Experience managing asset hierarchies, spare parts, inventory, or preventive maintenance programs
• Experience configuring or administering Maximo workflows
