Job Description

The IBM BPM Senior Implementor is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of business processes using IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, modeling processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of BPM projects. The Senior Implementor will also provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering best practices within the team.

we are specifically looking for professionals with strong expertise in developing complete IBM BPM workflow cycles, not just general programming or support experience. Our current demand is substantial, to develop more than 25 workflow cycles This requires hands-on experience in designing, modeling, and implementing end-to-end BPM solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes using IBM BPM.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Model business processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) standards.
  • Develop, test, and deploy BPM applications and workflows.
  • Perform system configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices for BPM implementations.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide support for end-users.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in BPM technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing IBM BPM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IBM BPM toolset, including Process Designer, Process Center, and Coach Framework.
  • Experience with BPMN for process modeling.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile.
  • Proficiency in integration technologies and techniques, including web services and APIs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications in IBM BPM are a plus.
