Your Role

  •  Assist in the development and support of IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) amd connect:Direct

  •  Help configure file transfer protocols (e.g., SFTP, FTP/S, HTTPS,MQ, AS2 etc)

  •  Participate in partner onboarding activities, including setting up trading partner profiles and certificates

  •  Monitor and log file transfer activity and respond to file delivery issues under guidance

  •  Maintain technical documentation and assist with compliance audits

  •  Work closely with senior developers and integration analysts to meet project goals

Your Profile

  •  Experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway or similar integration/file transfer platforms

  •  Understanding of file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTP/S, HTTPS, AS2, etc.

  •  Exposure to IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Control Center, or Connect:Direct

  •  Familiarity with file encryption/decryption concepts

  •  Good troubleshooting and communication skills

  •  Willingness to learn and take on new technical challenges

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
