NET is looking for experienced Master's Level Clinicians!

Join our dynamic IBHS team as a Master's Level Clinician dedicated to transforming the lives of urban youth facing emotional and behavioral challenges in the diverse city of Philadelphia. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a profound impact within underserved communities by providing comprehensive therapeutic interventions across home, school, and community settings.

Role Responsibilities

  • Engage with youth & their families in meaningful therapeutic sessions
  • Develop personalized behavior management plans that foster growth & resilience
  • Collaborate closely with school communities to integrate mental health into educational setting
  • Establish strong community partnerships to advocate for resources & services
  • Provide timely crisis intervention & support

Minimum

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or mental health-related field.

  • Demonstrated passion & commitment to serving urban youth & families

  • Proficient in therapeutic modalities and trauma-informed care

  • Collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal & communication skills

  • Adaptability to work in diverse environments & schedules (evenings and weekends)

A Community Umbrella Agency (CUA) committed to helping ensure safety, timely permanency, and well-being, for children and families in the 25th and 22nd districts of Philadelphia.

What is a Community Umbrella Agency (CUA)? Community Umbrella Agencies (CUA’s) are community-based agencies that are responsible for providing direct case management services to families in their designated region. The CUA’s ensure that local solutions and resources are more accessible to children and families. Through community engagement initiatives, CUA staff develop connections to formal and informal neighborhood networks that can strengthen and stabilize families. They also recruit and retain foster and adoptive parents in the neighborhoods where children live.
