Job Description

Gemma's IBHS program is expanding in the Northeast Philadelphia region and looking for Behavioral Health Technicians, Behavioral Consultants and Mobile Therapists.

Information About Our Intensive Behavioral Health Services Program

Children, teens, and young adults up to age 21 who are experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges may benefit from our community-based Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS). This program is designed to give each individual the tools they need to face challenges with a greater sense of strength and resilience. Our services are provided for high schools in zip codes 19128, 19138, and 19150. Our team of Behavior Consultants and Mobile Therapists work with each child, adolescent, or young adult, and their family to develop an individualized plan to address specific needs and difficulties. Services may include:

  • Assessment across settings that are typical for a child, teen, or youth adult
  • Functional Behavioral Assessments
  • Individual and family therapy
  • Behavior Consultation across home, school, and community settings to develop interventions to teach skills and improve overall functioning
  • 1:1 individual support in a specific identified setting with a Behavioral Health Technician to teach skill
