As HR Manager Iberia, your mission is to act as a strategic HR Business Partner for the business, supporting leaders and teams across Spain and Portugal in all people-related matters. You will translate business priorities into impactful people strategies, providing integrated HR solutions that enable performance, engagement, and sustainable growth.
You will be the primary point of contact for managers and leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on organization, talent, leadership, and culture, while ensuring consistency with global HR frameworks and local needs.
Strategic Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for Iberia leadership teams, supporting business strategy through people-related insights and recommendations.
- Advise managers on organizational design, team effectiveness, leadership challenges and performance management.
- Identify people risks and opportunities aligned with business objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Anticipate and cover recruitment needs, acting as an internal consultant across the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Performance, Talent & Succession
- Support performance management, talent development and succession planning processes.
Learning, Development & Leadership
- Identify learning and leadership development needs aligned with business strategy.
- Promote a continuous learning culture.
Reward, Engagement & Culture
- Participate in salary review, promotion and bonus processes.
- Drive engagement and DE&I initiatives.
HR Analytics & Operations
- Analyze HR KPIs to support decision-making.
- Liaise with HR Administration for employee lifecycle processes.
- Support HR policy implementation.
