As a Client Engagement Coordinator V.I.E in Iberia, you will support the Client Engagement Team for Spain and Portugal. The role focuses on clienteling support, gifting coordination, and email marketing campaigns for retail in Spain and Portugal. This position is designed to help you grow and develop skills in client experience and CRM.
1. Clienteling support
Support boutiques in Spain and Portugal with client engagement activities: opportunity lists, data enhancement and occasions management.
Management of Tools incidents.
Prepare all the client information and insights to support the retail network.
2. Gifting support
Ensure consistency of Gifting policy across boutiques.
Support the coordination of client gifting orders, tracking and flows.
Coordinate with the external warehouse for the gifting strategy.
3. E-mail marketing support
Act as email campaigns key contact for Iberia market in relation with the European Region Team.
Support the local adaptation and execution of European e-mail marketing campaigns
Assist and manage the specific needs of the market.

Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar.
Professional Experience:Prior experiences in CRM and/Client Engagement, ideally within the Luxury Retail industry.
Competencies:
Interest in luxury and client experience
Organized and detail-oriented.
Strong business acumen and solid analytical capabilities.
Comfortable working with data and Excel, Salesforce is a plus.
Possesses the ability to work autonomously and with meticulous attention to detail.
Upholds the highest standards of integrity.
Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
