Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced IB3 Subject Matter Expert / Business Analyst to provide deep domain expertise in insurance policy administration systems. This role focuses on delivering business analysis and system optimization within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the ID3 life, health, and annuity policy administration system
• Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering for insurance domain initiatives
• Provide guidance on policy administration workflows, processes, and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and process improvements
• Document and communicate technical and business requirements to development teams
• Support implementation, testing, and deployment of policy administration solutions
• Train and mentor team members on ID3 system functionality and insurance domain concepts

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in insurance policy administration or related domain
• Deep expertise with the ID3 policy administration system (life, health, and annuity)
• Strong knowledge of StoneRiver and Sapiens platforms
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance domain, products, and regulatory requirements
• Proven business analysis and requirements definition experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet project deadlines
