我们正在为一所上海的学校招聘IB协调员 IB PYP Coordinator，到岗时间为2026年8月。

岗位职责

• 确保国际文凭组织的PYP标准与共同核心标准无缝对接。
• 与教师合作，设计并整合跨学科单元，以反映PYP的跨学科方法。
• 了解国际文凭组织框架和共同核心标准的最新发展，为培训活动提供信息。
• 担任国际学校与国际文凭组织（IBO）之间的主要联络人。
• 通过鼓励教职员工、行政人员和后勤人员之间的团队合作，促进协作性的学校文化。
• 倡导以学生为中心的学习环境，确保PYP课程满足所有学生的不同需求。
• 有效管理和分配资源，以支持PYP课程和相关活动。
• We are currently recruiting an IB Coordinator (IB PYP Coordinator) for a school in Shanghai. The expected start date is August 2026.
• Job Responsibilities
• Ensure seamless alignment of the PYP standards of the International Baccalaureate Organization with the Common Core standards.
• Work with teachers to design and integrate interdisciplinary units that reflect the interdisciplinary approach of PYP.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the International Baccalaureate Organization framework and the Common Core standards to provide information for training activities.
• Act as the primary liaison between international schools and the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO).
• Promote a collaborative school culture by encouraging teamwork among faculty, administrative staff, and support staff.
• Advocate for a student-centered learning environment to ensure that the PYP curriculum meets the diverse needs of all students.
• Effectively manage and allocate resources to support the PYP curriculum and related activities.

Requirements

• 本科及以上相关专业
• 具有IB PYP教学管理经验者优先
• 教师资格证
• 良好的交流能力，中英文流利

Bachelor's degree or above in a related field

Those with experience in IB PYP teaching management will be given priority

Teacher qualification certificate

Good communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English
