• The role reports into the IB Digital Assets Trading Platform and Risk Management Head
• Your immediate team is comprised of Product Managers, Quants, Quant Devs, Data Scientists and IT working on the cutting edge of Financial Markets
• Your team is responsible for setting and delivering the product and technology strategy for Digital Assets Trading
• Strong, practically based Digital Assets business knowledge.
• Knowledge of the Cryptocurrency ecosystem and ideally work experience within a Crypto native firm.
• Ideally 3-7 years of experience of Product Management within the financial sector.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and previous experience driving and delivering initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups
• Able to manage deadlines, and resolve prioritization conflicts by building consensus across various stakeholder groups and partner teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory, legal and balance sheet considerations impacting Digital Assets businesses
• Inquisitive, mature, and able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
