About the Role

As a Supervisor, you'll be the "big cheese" on shift-leading the team and keeping daily restaurant operations running smoothly in our fast-paced pizza shop.

In this role, you'll serve customers and support the kitchen team while supervising the shift from start to finish. You'll ensure high standards for food quality and customer service, complete shift checklists, manage tip outs, and assign staff to keep operations efficient.

Successful Shift Leaders are strong communicators who can balance hands-on work with team leadership. You'll also help train new team members, support the rollout of new programs, policies, and menu items, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked restaurant.

Job Requirements

If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!

• Minimum of 6 months experience in food service is required.
• Past supervisor or leadership experience is strongly preferred for external applicants.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other restaurant tools.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, hot ovens and cold walk-ins.
• Must be 18+ (16-17 for Front of House).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
• English language proficiency is needed.

Supervisor Scheduling and Availability

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

We're open 4pm–8pm Tuesday and Wednesday and 11am–8pm Thursday to Sunday. Shift Supervisor shifts typically start about 1 hour before restaurant opening, and closing shifts typically end about 1 hour after closing.

Evening and weekend availability is required. Part-time and full-time hours available.
