Computershare have an excellent opportunity to join our Global Information Security (GIS) team as a IAM Practitioner. The Global Information Security team is responsible to drive the development, deployment and management of information and cyber security across the Computershare businesses, globally. Through partnerships with the business units, Technology Services and other support functions, the GIS team actively supports the business objectives whilst reducing the overall composite risk to Computershare.
Within GIS our Identity and Access Management team provide the governance that enables the right individuals to access the right resources at the right times, for the right reasons. The IAM Practitioner works alongside the IAM Strategy & Enablement, Operations and Access teams, as well as the wider GIS team, to help develop and mature IAM capabilities for the whole of Computershare.
A role you will love
The IAM Practitioner will play a key role in the IAM team working directly with the IAM Specialist on complex projects and be responsible for supporting the delivery of the IAM programme. Which as part of the wider GIS Strategy, aims to develop and mature our Identity & Access Management processes and technologies. These are maintained in line with the wider technology strategy, whilst continuing to meet the requirements of the wider business, our customers, and our regulators.
The role holder will act as a subject matter expert in IAM processes and technologies, contributing to the ongoing IAM transformation programme, including the enhancement and maturation of our Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Threat and Detection Response and Authentication capabilities.
This is an exciting role in a global function and will involve working closely with other security teams, governance teams, risk management, and wider technology stakeholders across EMEA, Oceania and North America.

What will you bring to the role?
The IAM Practitionerrequires significant experience of work routines and procedures used to support and administer Identity Access Management, preferably in a senior role within financial services. The role will operate within defined technical and operational procedures, which require proficient knowledge and awareness to ensure user access is identified and governed according to local and global regulations.
The role requires attention to detail and evaluative judgment based on best practice and previous experience. The role holder is expected to respond to and resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience, which will be guided by clear policy and procedure.
Experience working in large global organisations, with distributed teams, structured service delivery, and formal change management is an essential requirement. Along with a strong understanding of IAM concepts, standards, and principles of how modern identity access works within a corporate environment.
