Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain IAM governance frameworks and policies aligned with organisational objectives, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between IT, Information Security, Compliance, Audit, and business units to advocate for robust IAM governance practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all IAM controls, processes, and improvements. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies, demonstrating Euroclear's commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of analysts to enhance and demonstrate Euroclear's compliance with essential Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the existing IAM controls framework. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of these controls, ensuring they meet the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, auditors, and industry partners. Ensure clear communication and collaboration to support Euroclear's compliance objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of identity lifecycle processes, role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and directory services.
  • Experience with IDAM tools and platforms (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Azure AD).
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and standards: GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Prior experience in an identity governance, compliance, or access management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Will be considered an asset:

  • Professional certifications in IAM, governance, or cybersecurity (such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or similar).
