We are currently seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with strong expertise in Ping Identity (formerly ForgeRock IAM) to support a high-impact identity and access management initiative within a complex enterprise environment.
Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions based on Ping Identity / ForgeRock stack
Configure and customize components such as AM (Access Management), IDM (Identity Management), DS (Directory Services), IG (Identity Gateway)
Develop and manage authentication flows, access policies, and identity lifecycle processes
Integrate IAM solutions with internal and external systems (e.g., APIs, directories, SaaS platforms)
Support SSO, MFA, federation (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect) implementations
Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incident resolution
Collaborate with architects, security teams, and business stakeholders to define IAM requirements
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
Proven hands-on experience with Ping Identity / ForgeRock IAM (mandatory)
Strong understanding of IAM concepts and architectures
Experience with authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect
Solid knowledge of LDAP directories and identity data models
Experience with Java, Groovy, or scripting (e.g., JavaScript) within IAM context
Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations
Experience in enterprise or regulated environments (e.g., banking, insurance) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
