We areseekinga highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineerto design, implement, and manage IAM solutions that ensure secure access to our digital supply chain systems. This role requires a technical expert who can balance operational excellence with strategic foresight to enhance andmaintainthe integrity of our IAM framework.
Responsibilities
IAM Strategy and Design:Develop and implement IAM solutions that align with organizational security goals and business objectives
Access Controls:Design and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies to ensure appropriate accesslevels across systems and applications.
Authentication Mechanisms:Implement and manage secure authentication methods, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO).
Directory Services Management:Securedirectory services such asEntra ID to ensure seamless identity integration.
Privileged Access Management (PAM):Design and manage privileged access solutions to secure sensitive accounts and prevent unauthorized access.
IAM Automation:Leverage automation tools to streamline IAM processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
Compliance and Governance:Ensure IAM solutions comply withregulatory requirements and industry standards, including GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
Incident Response:Assistin responding to IAM-related security incidents,identifyingroot causes, and implementing corrective actions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with IT teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to integrate IAM solutions into all aspects of operations.
Requirements
Professional Certifications:Preferred certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
Experience:A minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM engineering, with demonstratedexpertisein implementing and managing IAM solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, ora relatedfield. Advanced degrees oradditionalcertifications areadvantageous
Technical Expertise:Proficiencyin IAM technologies such as Active Directory,EntraID,ConductorOne, and CyberArk, as well as protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Problem-Solving Skills:Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address complex IAM challenges.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Security Awareness:Knowledge of security best practices, threat prevention, and IAM’s role in organizational security frameworks.
