Purpose of the role
To manage the IT Services department and set the strategic direction, provide support to the bank's senior management team, and to manage IT Service risk across the organisation management of IT Services to support the banks operations and representing Technology service performance with senior stakeholders and managing IT service risk across the organisation.

To be successful as a IAM Engagement Lead, you should have experience with:
Using AI technology tools as part of daily work, including technical evaluation, report generation, plan development and executive reporting. Experience simplifying processes, reducing manual effort and leveraging automation tools.
The ability to break down multi-layered technical assignments, explain the impact, and prioritise tasks based on data.
The ability to work across a highly matrixed organisation to drive progress and deliver broad objectives. Ability to engage technical teams, senior leadership, suppliers and business stakeholders.
Experience with and an understanding of cyber security threats, vulnerabilities and the processes used to address them
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Using tools such as Python, PowerShell and others to automate repetitive work or script actions.
A keen understanding of data models, reporting and the ability to build views using various tools to support business goals.
Capability to interpret operational data, identify trends, manage and drive evidence-based decisions.
Knowledge of operational risk, controls, compliance, resilience, cyber recovery and governance processes.
Good ability to map and understand technical systems, their interconnections and the end-to-end flows that drive customer outcomes, including architecture, identity flows, network trust relationships, authentication mechanisms and business processes.

This role is based in Pune office.
