IAM Business Analyst – SailPoint IdentityIQ

We are looking for an experienced IAM Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and a solid background in Capital Markets / Investment Banking
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IAM operations teams to gather requirements, define IAM processes, and support the integration of multiple applications with SailPoint IdentityIQ to enable automated provisioning and access reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for IAM solutions.
- Communicate effectively with Application Owners, Business Owners, and IAM Operations teams.
- Complete AOB templates and coordinate business sign-off.
- Capture IAM use cases and define appropriate IAM processes.
- Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements across IAM domains.
- Work across Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management, Reporting, and Analytics
- Create and maintain IAM governance documentation, including policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Support the definition of role types and User Access Reviews.
- Contribute to the development of IAM technical visions aligned with business and project objectives.
- Manage dependencies across multiple IAM projects.
- Support successful IAM deployments and project delivery.
- Work independently with business stakeholders while collaborating effectively with project teams.
- Stay up to date with IAM trends, technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience in IAM / Identity and Access Management
- In-depth knowledge of Capital Markets / Investment Banking
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong understanding of IAM processes and governance.
- Experience with Access Management and Identity Lifecycle Management.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project dependencies.
- Strong client and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Experience with automated user provisioning.
- Experience with access review processes.
- Experience creating IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Knowledge of operational and regulatory risks related to Access and Identity Lifecycle Services.
- Experience in IAM project delivery and deployment.
Project Overview
The project uses SailPoint IdentityIQ as the primary IAM platform. The objective is to integrate multiple applications with SailPoint to enable automated provisioning and access reviews
