As an IAM Analyst (Saviynt) - Senior Associate within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will play a pivotal role in managing cybersecurity incidents and supporting client needs. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex security challenges and develop solutions that enhance our clients' cybersecurity posture. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions that address their specific challenges.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards while navigating complex situations. Your role will involve anticipating the needs of your teams and clients, and delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing cybersecurity incidents and developing response strategies to mitigate risks
- Implementing cybersecurity frameworks and governance models to enhance security posture
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and managing remediation efforts to protect network infrastructure
- Utilizing threat detection tools and techniques to identify and respond to potential security threats
- Collaborating with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to streamline incident management processes
- Performing digital forensics and forensic investigations to support incident response activities
- Developing and maintaining cybersecurity strategies to align with organizational objectives
- Engaging in log analysis and network forensics to uncover security anomalies and breaches
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support cybersecurity initiatives
- Applying analytical thinking to evaluate cybersecurity threats and recommend mitigation measures

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to incident response and cyber defense, including GIAC (eg., GCFA, GCIA, GCIH) or equivalent incident response credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in cybersecurity threat mitigation and incident management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance cybersecurity strategies and frameworks
- Excelling in digital forensics and forensic investigation techniques
- Leveraging cybersecurity governance and risk management skills
- Navigating complex cybersecurity environments with agility and adaptability
