As an IAM Analyst (Sailpoint) - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Cyber Managed Services team, focusing on cybersecurity incident management. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding client data and systems, providing critical support in identifying and managing security incidents. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex cybersecurity challenges, while building meaningful client relationships and mentoring junior team members. You will be responsible for analyzing intricate security issues, guiding others, and maintaining professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing cybersecurity incident response processes to mitigate potential threats
• Conducting forensic investigations and log analysis to identify security breaches
• Implementing cybersecurity frameworks and governance strategies to enhance security posture
• Developing and executing incident response plans to address security incidents effectively
• Collaborating with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to monitor and respond to security alerts
• Utilizing network security platforms and firewalls to protect network infrastructure
• Performing vulnerability assessments and management to identify and address security gaps
• Engaging in cybersecurity threat intelligence activities to anticipate and counteract potential risks
• Supporting cybersecurity risk management initiatives to safeguard client data and systems
• Providing technical communication and guidance to clients on cybersecurity strategies and solutions

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to incident response and cyber defense, including GIAC (eg., GCFA, GCIA, GCIH) or equivalent incident response credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in cybersecurity threat mitigation and incident response
• Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex cybersecurity data
• Excelling in digital forensics and forensic investigation techniques
• Navigating cybersecurity risk management and governance frameworks
• Developing cybersecurity strategies for client-focused solutions
