Monitoring and driving IAM security metrics to provide actionable insights
Analyzing internal and external threats and recommending remediation actions
Managing and driving critical incidents to closure in compliance with ITIL processes
Driving compliance among business, IT, and Security teams to IAM policies, standards, and instructions
Collaborating with cross-functional IAM teams to design and deploy monitoring and control systems
Maintaining IAM policy and instruction awareness across business, technical, and support teams
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology or a related field
3-5 years of relevant IAM Security experience
Good understanding of IAM domains (SSO, IGA, AD, PAM)

Proficient hands-on experience with various security tools and technologies
Demonstrated drive for continuous learning, results-orientation, and teamwork
Professional and concise communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities
Good understanding of functional concepts in Identity and Access Management (e.g., workflows, SOD, recertification access, provisioning, auto-correlation access)
Ability to work with both functional and technical teams in a dynamic environment
