职位描述
岗位职责 1. 负责 IAA 游戏的玩法设计与内容策划，包括核心玩法、关卡机制、成长系统、活动及商业化相关内容； 2. 深入分析目标用户需求及市场产品，参与产品立项、玩法方向探索及原型验证，推动创意快速落地； 3. 基于用户行为、留存、广告变现等数据持续分析产品表现，定位问题并提出优化方案； 4. 与程序、美术、算法及发行团队紧密协作，推动需求落地，并结合投放及用户反馈持续优化游戏内容； 5. 参与版本规划及研发节奏管理，明确需求优先级，跟进功能开发、验收及上线效果； 6. 关注国内外休闲游戏、IAA 游戏及短周期产品趋势，持续拆解优秀产品，沉淀玩法和设计思路； 7. 结合 AI、算法及数据能力，探索个性化内容、智能调优等能力在游戏中的应用。 岗位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限，有IAA或超休游戏策划或相关项目经验优先； 2. 热爱游戏，对休闲游戏、IAA 游戏及主流小游戏产品有较强兴趣和敏感度； 3. 具备较好的玩法设计和系统拆解能力，能够从用户体验、规则设计、数值反馈等维度分析游戏； 4. 具备较强的数据意识，能够结合留存、时长、转化、广告等核心数据判断产品问题； 5. 具备较强的逻辑思维、沟通协作和执行能力，能够推进需求从设计到上线落地； 6. 学习能力强，能够适应 IAA 产品快速试错、快速迭代的研发节奏。
