Job Description

1.Standardize machine connectivity & manage plant data to enable seamless integration and scalable operations.

2.Establish data governance & architecture, ensuring security, compliance, and adoption of best digital practices.

3.Define and deploy plant digital solutions, including landscape, governance, key tools, and first-level support.

4.Drive plant digital capability and innovation, fostering collaboration and transformation across functions.

5.Lead innovation initiatives and introduce new digital technologies to optimize processes, maximize efficiency, and deliver actionable insights by benchmark.

6.Manage government rewards & funding applications related to innovation and digitalization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Management or computer or similar

1.Strong knowledge of IT/OT systems, industrial networks, and automation protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT)

2.Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data frameworks

3.Experience in Industry 4.0 or digital transformation projects

4.General coding skill

5.General knowhow data analytics

6.Interesting & curious on new technology

7.With result orientation, team work spirt and well communication
