Job Description:

Responsibilities

Core I2C (50%)

• Making outbound calls and responding to inbound calls promptly according to processes
• Researching and resolving disputes and deductions
• Identifying doubtful debt and taking corrective actions when necessary
• Proposing uplifts and suggesting ideas to automate processes
• Analysing I2C process issues and change requests and making recommendations
• Reconciliations of different types of accounts related to Invoice To Cash
• Cooperation with other departments (Account To Report, Audit, Customer Service, Treasury)
• Managing Direct Debit set up

Accountabilities:

• Follow up on identified issues; meeting I2C Osprey dashboard metrics
• Timely and accurate routine reporting
• Support during SOX testing and for compliance related matters
• Agreed reduction of aged AR balances; documented write-off submissions
• On-time delivery of assigned spin-off project milestones

Spin-Off Project (50%)

• Support design, set up and testing of I2C processes under the new legal entities (customer master, billing, collections, cash application, credit, disputes, refunds)
• Contribute to entity-specific procedures and controls; ensure SOX and compliance requirements are met in the new entity landscape
• Participate in cutover, migration and hypercare: AR balance transfers, open item mapping, testing and post go-live issue resolution
• Lead clean-up of aged / legacy AR: analyse very old open items, reconcile balances and drive collection or resolution before separation
• Obtain and validate supporting documentation (invoices, POs, proof of delivery, contracts, correspondence) to substantiate old items
• Prepare write-off, credit or provision recommendations with rationale and evidence for approval per delegation of authority
• Coordinate with Local Finance, A2R, Legal, Tax and auditors; report progress on entity readiness and AR clean-up

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

• At least 1 years of experience in finance / accounting / customer service environment
• Independent worker, requiring only occasional supervision
• Strong communication skills with customer and service orientation
• Ability to solve difficult situations using own judgment and initiative
• Eye for detail and strong analytical skills
• Strong English (written and oral) and a second European language
• Team player
• Experience with legal entity set-up, carve-out, migration or AR clean-up is an advantage
• Able to balance parallel operational and project priorities with strong documentation discipline

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

Kč704,000.00 - Kč1,135,050.00
